My wife Sonia and I will be very happy to welcome you there and to do everything to make your stay with us a wonderful one. We will do our best to make you feel at home in this beautiful house. We are sure that you will love the residence, the relaxation areas, the neighborhood, the proximity to the sea, to the port el-Kantaoui, and much more.

Our house is triplex type (ground floor + 2 floors) is 500 m from the beautiful beach of Chatt Mariem (Sousse), in a private residence.

We want you to be at home as at home, in a friendly environment.
You can enjoy the beach or the swimming pool all year round and if you wish.

The neighborhood is typically residential, a bit removed from the hubbub of downtown Sousse, for more proximity to the tourist port el-Kantaoui and the superb Hergla and Chatt Mariem beaches.

You can discover authentic Tunisia with its small restaurant and its traditional cuisine and its small stalls. Our neighborhood is well served by bus and taxi. Also note that the Ennefida int airport is 30 minutes by road.
We provide airport shuttles on request for reasonable prices, as well as professional or tourist shuttles according to your needs. if not, etatn located on the main road of Chatt Mariem, it is very easy to locate the accommodation by taxi.

You have access to the entire house and to common amenities in the residence, including swimming pool, relaxation gardens, and sports field.
You have a bar equipped with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, sink, in a beautiful TV lounge and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

We will listen to you and bring you all our assistance throughout your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet and secure. the walk on the beach is most pleasant relaxation.
