"If you're looking for a location that is close to all of the cute things in this area of the world, but still private and quiet, this is an ideal location. I traveled with my sister and we got to have lots of late night talking while also laughing at rorously where we disturbed no one. The sauna was a real treat."

"We *loved* our stay. I knew the location would be great (basically next door to the International Wolf Center in Ely), but I didn't know in advance how spacious, quiet, and green the place would be. We enjoyed playing a number of the board games in the evenings. My spouse and I were both especially taken by the adorable groundhog who lives outside under the deck, and who popped up at times to bathe in the summer sun. "

"The property was so close to the lakefront and restaurants. Ben, the property owner, was very responsive with communication and check out requests. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of small things I would suggest are more hangers in the closets and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen for wiping down the counters. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The Studio was the perfect place for us to spend a 3 night get-away. We spent most of our time hiking, but our time spent at the Studio provided everything we needed, especially the wonderful, easy access to the lake. The quiet, beautiful, naturally landscaped neighborhood was relaxing, yet all the conveniences of town were just minutes away. Would definitely recommend staying at The Studio."

"Quiet convenient location. Comfortable bed and chairs. It got very hot during the day due to east, west exposure and needs air conditioning esp with the Canadian wildfire air quality and climate change. Sits right on Lake Superior."

"This cabin is absolutely beautiful and sits directly on Fall Lake which is part of the BWCA! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The deck off the back had direct views of the lake. The owner was communicative during our entire visit and helped restore the internet when a lightning strike hit the dish. We launched our kayaks from the dock and fished every day. There was even a fish cleaning station down by the water. I would highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking to take a trip...
