You will even have your own private garden where you can relax from your busy day. You will truly feel at home in this stylish apartment.

More than Wonderful

If I could rated each area higher than five stars I wouldā€™ve done just that. I love to cook and having so many pots, pans, utensils and a gas stove was awesome. The studio apartment was so comfy, quiet and lovely. I stayed a week and wish it was longer. Iā€™d love to come again and highly recommend this lovely place.Caren and Dave were the most awesome hosts possible. One example: I mentioned that the gate was tough to open as the rain had swollen the wood. The next time I opened the gate it was fixed!! There are so many more ways that they each went over and above: fresh flowers, brownies, a brand new electric kettle, very accessible in communication and so much more!The water features and beautiful garden areas are so inviting. I loved being welcome to sit outside.The bed is so comfortable and everything in the apartment is super clean.Parking on the street in such a quiet lovely neighborhood was easy and the lighting is excellent if arriving after dark.So many places in walking distance!

We have always enjoyed the Longmont area and were happy to have a longer time to explore locally, It was a great location and close to family in the area. We found all that we needed, didn't really do much cooking as we were out and about but the opportunity to do so was great. It does have steps which could limit some folks.

Wonderful property in a nice neighborhood with comfort in mind.

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights for a wedding in a nearby town. We got a wonderful place, in a picturesque neighborhood. The accommodations were wonderful. We decided that it would be a nice place to stay whether you are here for a night, or staying the week. Check in/out was easy. The host was friendly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Perfect Stay

This lovely carriage house is located in the heart of Prospect, an eclectic neighborhood in south Longmont. The carriage house is well-appointed and furnished with everything we needed for our week's stay. Our host communicated everything we needed to know before and during our stay. There are 17 steps from the courtyard up to the entrance which was not a problem for us. A highlight was the neighborhood decorations for Halloween - The entire Prospect area participated. There are restaurants, bakery, and other retain establishments within walking distance. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boulder/Longmont area.

Quick One Night Getaway

I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash bins. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it!

Great Hosts in a Great Location

Background: 28 day stay by 2 active senior citizens. Location: Wonderful quiet and friendly neighborhood with so many options for dining and exercising. Convenience: Perfect home base for traveling the front range including Rocky Mountain NP, Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Ft Collins, Estes Park, Laramie, Cheyene and so many quaint little villages. Accommodations: Most hospitable hosts who quickly responded to all requests and went above and beyond to assure our comfort, We done 5 long term stays in 7 years. This stay is at the top of the list and would be the same even if it had only been a weekend in length.

We immediately fell in love with this little neighborhood... What beautiful homes and landscaping. We LOVED the tree's. The carriage house we stayed in was just perfect. Beautiful. Loved that it was tucked in the back among the owners garden area. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. Just book this place, you will love it!

Lovely get away

This property lives up to it's "charming" description. Located in the Prospect New Town development of Longmont, CO., which has it's own charm, this room above the carriage house is darling! We were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of snack items-a welcome greeting after 8 hrs of driving. The neighborhood is quiet and restful and parking was never an issue. It's located close to downtown Longmont, (about an 8 min drive) and wonderful restaurants. Plentiful hot water, a perfectly sized kitchen, and room to spread out. Whether you are visiting for work or play, we highly recommend this location. We will plan to stay here again.
