"We had such a wonderful family gathering at Greg's house. The house was really cozy and was socked with everything we needed for big family meals, soaks in the hot tub, and just overall relaxation. We could not have asked for a better setting, right on the lake! We took daily walks right outside the back door on the 3.5 mile path around the lake. Greg was really helpful and very communicative! "Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. "We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level."

"The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home."
