"We had such a wonderful family gathering at Greg's house. The house was really cozy and was socked with everything we needed for big family meals, soaks in the hot tub, and just overall relaxation. We could not have asked for a better setting, right on the lake! We took daily walks right outside the back door on the 3.5 mile path around the lake. Greg was really helpful and very communicative! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. "

"Spotless property, the amenities were excellent, including a large screen tv and back yard with fire pit. It was a perfect location to visit family in Boulder and about 25 minutes from the CU campus. We felt right at home there and would stay there again."

"We had some issues getting in but the owner was very helpful. This is not a deterrent or negative however we were very hopeful and looking forward to using the hot tub but didn't realize it was so far from the property and we were there during 35 degree weather so it would not have been feasible to walk to and from the hot tub.The game room setup and everything else is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!"

"Loved this property. Our kids ranging from 2-17 all loved the house. Loved the theater, the game room and all the space. Doesn’t look like much from the inside, but once you get in it’s so nice and so much room! Would stay again on my next visit! Communication was also top notch, always answered right away. "

"We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level."
