This lovely home is one of the best VRBOs we have enjoyed. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and very cozy. The beds and the sitting areas were quite comfortable, the spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the house itself was roomy and warm, and we felt right at home. Our adult children enjoyed the arcade games, and us older folks enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. The hosts were accessible and friendly, and made getting in and out as easy as it could be. We'd love to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Philip is a top-notch host who provided the perfect space for our adult family. He was very attentive, quickly answered our questions, and was always available but not intrusive. We were ideally situated between Boulder and a nearby wedding venue. The property is spacious, clean, and perfectly met our needs, with great areas for gathering and visiting together. The decor lives up to its clever and playful arcade theme. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and spacious, and we really appreciated a great iron that we all needed to use as we gussied up! The location is quiet, rural, and safe with beautiful views. Having a variety of farm animals nearby was a delightful addition. Recommend the Niwot Tavern and Winot Coffee nearby.

Property was beautiful! Clean and we had all that we required. Beautiful view of the mountain off the porch. We had a great time with the arcade as well. Location was convenient for us as well. Fabulous host! My only refrain from 5 stars is the doorbell cam. I suggest moving the camera to the stairway onto the porch as opposed to the door itself.

Perfect spot!

Fun house

Phil & Paige, your place is so clean & cozy.. Your hospitality tray was greatly appreciated and so adorable. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. We did enjoy the comfort of your porch. Fabulous view. It was so easy to travel to Pearl St…. Maybe 15 min by car. I would love to stay at your place again, if I travel through town. Everything was perfect. Many thanks

Family Visit

This was the perfect spot for our visit with family who live on the north end of Boulder. The house had everything we needed, plus some extra perks that we weren't expecting! The hosts left a nice array of snacks and drinks, which was a lovely welcome. Having some breakfast for our first morning, including coffee, was also really appreciated.The house itself is very nicely appointed, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and chill or gather to chat. We also loved the arcade games and wish we'd had more time to play!Overall we enjoyed everything and would definitely consider staying here the next time we're in town.

Fabulous farmhouse!

Exceeded expectations! Cute house in a farm like setting. Very comfortable hang out spaces and bedrooms. Whimsical decor surprises around every corner. Kitchen well stocked with all the basics and some local treats from owner.

Great Stay with Family

My two year old Grandson loved the gumball machine. It was very nice to have the quarters so he could play the games and use the gumball machine. The king bed was great. We had plenty of room and just a 10 minute drive to Boulder. The kitchen and living areas were very big.

Unique, lovely house

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6, that included 4 adults and two pre-teens. We loved the spacious layout, the well-stocked kitchen, the arcade, and the chickens in the back yard! Hosts were extremely communicative and welcoming, and we’d come back in a heart beat.

The place was wonderful

Everybody enjoyed the stay they loved the home. It was so beautiful. My sister was super excited because the people that worked at the home allowed her to go out and feed the chickens. Something that she never gotten to do before and she was so excited so I thank you for allowing her to do that you made her day. I enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. It was so peaceful. I would love to stay there again. the host were attentive, respectful, and on top of every request that I ever made and they respond promptly so I want to thank Phillip and Page for that.

Perfect House For Our Weekend Football Game

This was the perfect house for our trip to Boulder to watch the Colorado Buffaloes. It was a quick drive to Boulder and Phil was an amazing host. The house was better than described and the property was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The space was perfect for our girls weekend, plenty of sleeping areas, great kitchen to cook and sit around and chat. The place was clean and adorable. Not only was the property wonderful but the location was really convenient for us to go to dinner or food tours in Longmont and Boulder. To add to all that, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and had lots of little amenities for us just in case we forgot something. The local snacks along with a welcome note were a great touch and made us feel welcome! Thank you!

Very cozy and homey

We were very comfortable in the home and had everything we needed. The "welcome" treats were much appreciated, as well as the accommodations for the kiddos. The little ones loved going outside in the mornings to say hello to the animals. All-in-all, a great experience?

The BEST stay!

The house is awesome. The property is awesome. The owners communication is awesome. Everything is awesome. I just wish we would’ve scheduled it to be able to stay more than one night. They left us delicious snacks and wine! The beds were comfy and the kids were obsessed with the games. We even got to feed the chickens! The sunset and sunrise were stunning.

Perfect

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Communication was timely and check in was super easy. The place was bigger than it looks in pics… we had more than enough room for the 10 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and perfectly organized. My son said the front porch was the best spot to sleep wilots of windows to watch the sunrise and host of animals and chickens, which are so fun!!! We all agree we would stay here again!

Awesome stay

We had a perfect stay for 9 family members coming together for a wedding. The location was conveniently located for quick access to Boulder, Longmont, and Lyons. The setting was beautiful, the home was very clean, and the arcade games were a lot of fun! Very communicative and excellent hosts as well.
