April 3, 2025 - Beach & Tennis Club is currently under renovation of common areas and amenities. Pool and hot tub are open. Amenities are currently not available include: tennis courts, pickle ball courts & grilling stations. Tennis and pickle ball courts will not be available until mid 2025. We will continuously update as new information is available.

THE LAYOUT
After making your way up the elevator to the 8th floor, you are welcomed with a delightful and freshly decorated beach décor. The loft-style layout provides a seamless flow between kitchen, living and sleeping area. Full kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker & more. All your culinary needs are covered with our supply of dishware and cookware. Dining area offers seating for up to four people. Washer and dryer located in the condo.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), relax with a glass of wine or cold beer on the ocean facing screened-in balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. The king bed provides plenty of space and comfort. Effortlessly, store all your luggage and clothing in the large walk-in closet. Full bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower and single vanity.

Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet. TV is located in the living room.
