"We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but...

"The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast area is pretty small and can't manage a larger group. Rooms were fine. I liked the hospitality of the hotel staff."

"On the hotel website it stated pet friendly. Also expedia also said pet friendly. When we arrived around 9pm we were told that our cat was not allowed. I explained both the hotel website and expedia said pet friendly. Robin at the front desk said no our website does not state that. I went out to car and did a screenshot showing indeed it did state pet friendly. After traveling 10 hours I was told we could not stay and would have to call Expedia. "There cleaning is poor. There is nothing to place you suit cases on. There is no place to set your grooming bag just a sink. The mini frig had no shelves. The towel in bath were sub standard. I wouldn't recommend stay there unless you just needed a flog. Sorry, but that's the facts"
