Excellent location. Cool place.
The apartment itself is a really cool and a fun space. The spiral starcases and quirky elements made it a fun place to stay for a few nights. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many spots to see in the city. We did feel it was a bit dark as the lighting is minimal. The pull out couch is not suitable for adults. It is thin and uncomfortable. There were little instructions at the place and no attention to detail. For example there was no hand soap at all. Just an empty bottle by the sink.Communication with the property manager was terrible. We couldn't get into the place because our phones couldn't call out (even with whats app). They returned our message 14 hours later. Thankfully someone entered the building which slowed us to get in. Otherwise I'm not sure what we would have done. I also messaged questions about how to work a few things because no instructions were left and they did not respond at all. There was zero communication throughout our stay and they did not respond when i asked for check out information. That was all very disappointing. Overall, we did like the place. More attention to little things and better communication would have drastically improved our overall impression.
