"Property was exactly as described on Expedia. Was somewhat disappointed that the sleeping area was not separated from the sitting area by an actual door. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Front office staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of decent quality food. Several places to eat and shop close by with walking or driving."

"We thought the rooms were clean and comfortable; and we would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boise. (The only thing I would add for improvement would be that the housekeeping staff would hang up the towels that they replace instead of leaving them on the counter. The hotel is very nice and it think it would make guests feel that the staff completed their job with gladness.) "

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."
