"I began staying here a few times a month about 6 months ago and waited to write a review as I figured I'd know it well by now. This is by far the best hotel in Boise. I'd put The Avery and 500 on Capitol as good second options. The front desk staff is top notch - old school service. The valet guys are great! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. This is a far cry from a chain hotel! The shower is the best I've seen in any hotel nationwide. The beds and bedding are fantastic. The rooftop bar...

"Get rid of the all the scents you pump into hallways. There is nothing else wrong with this hotel except how it smells. Make it smell like fresh air and not chemicals.
Also your front desk staff is AMAZING. Very kind and considerate. "

"The hotel is the standard for this level of hotel but the price is around half of what they usually are and the downtown area of Boise is new and awesome with food etc
The real review here is for the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond to say the least. Not everyone in the city is welcoming in fact ive walked out of 2 hotels to switch because of rude racist staff but here just wow amazing experience "

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"Really pleased with the location - across the street from BSU and 10 minutes from Ann Morrison Park and the Boise Green Belt - also with the size of the rooms, and most of all with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other which says a lot about the management! "
