Love the Hotel but Terrible Beach Issue
We had 3 rooms and all have ant problems, need to be addressed properly and taken care of asap.. some cabins are outdated unfortunately and need to be fixed especially folded bathroom and bedroom doors, balcony furniture, bathroom and bedroom fixtures, sink and faucet area.
Breakfast is adequate however there is a serious beach access issue. Although Hotel has its own bar at the beach, it is hard to go find a chair after the breakfast so we asked for assistance to reserve for us. It was an issue at the first day and the beach boy, server was kind of angry about chair reserve issue and argued with my family. 1st day we spend about 7,000 TL for drinks are the beach and next day although it was almost empty we faced this ugly discussion although there are several people just sit and spend nothing.
2nd day we were boating and 3rd day the beach people dare to argue with my family in the middle of the bar and chairs in front of everyone. We were told that there were chairs reserved for my family at the beach and when we went there, another server said the chairs were reserved for another family, and the other one said for us so it was a terrible chair reservation problem at 9am. So we went to the next bar, used their service and spent about 10,000 TL for the day and get much better friendly and welcoming service.
Queens Bar personnel is horrible, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost a return customer like us who spend money at Bitez every year!
