"The bedroom and bathroom were clean, good amenities and attractive. The kitchen. Cabinets and the front of the appliances needed to be wiped down. Countertops felt a little grimy. I was disappointed with that. I contacted the host and they apologized and said that it was unusual. They don’t typically have complaints. Had a problem with the blinds on the sliding glass door, which the host came almost immediately to help withThe air conditioning worked well although pretty loud. When running"

"Amazing stay at this Condo!! Well stocked with kitchen essentials and the view from the balcony is stunning!! Just a quick walk to the beach about 3 minutes!! Deer live in the dune between the Condo and the beach!! We absolutely loved Hilton Head! So pretty and easy to get around and very walkable too! "

"We enjoyed our 30th wedding anniversary at the Bungalow Retreat and it didn't disappoint! It was very clean and homey, had a beautiful view of the water and was a relaxing comfortable setting. We were a short walk, and even shorter drive to all the action in Coligny Plaza...delicious restaurants and an abundance of shopping. We had a fantastic meal at the SandBar...!"

"We came down for a short weekend anniversary trip. The condo was very spacious for two people. It had all we needed. The host Kendall was super easy to work with!! She checked in on us and made sure everything was going ok! She also had anniversary cookies and sparkling water waiting when we arrived! She is very thoughtful. The porch at the condo was very relaxing as we could see the beach and just chill! We would definitely stay here again!!! Great condo!!!!"

"Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had what we needed in the kitchen. It was near the elevator for easy access but far enough from the elevator to not cause disturbance. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to Coligny area from the beach."

"For the overall cost, even at an overnight stay, the room quality should match the cost spent. There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall."
