Not like the rest! A dream get-away from the business and stress of everyday life, this cabin is sure to please. Only 10 minutes from highway 515 near the quaint mountain community of Blue Ridge, Georgia, this luxury mountain-top experience awaits you!

For the adventurer, enjoy the best variety nature has to offer including hiking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, bird watching and more. Amicalola Falls State Park at Springer mountain (30mi to ESE) - the starting point of the Appalachian Trail, the Aska Adventure Area (25mi ENE) is located nearby as well as the Benton MacKaye Trail (BMTA), only five minutes away!

Indoor amenities include high speed wireless internet, Samsung Smart TV's on every level, foosball table, electronic dart board and stationary exercise bike and many board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

You will love reclining on the leather sofa with 2 recliners, warmed by the gas-fired, stacked rock fireplace or enjoy smores at the firepit, soaking up the incredible views from each window. Step outside the French doors to the wrap-around covered deck and relax on the two-seater wooden swing. Hear the rushing waters of nearby fighting town creek. Watch as morning clouds rise from Bushy Head gap and disappear into the Cohutta Mountains view. For the birdwatchers, many colorful finches and hummingbirds can be heard and seen just yards from the deck.

The master bedroom suite has cathedral ceiling and a gas log fireplace. Sleep comfortably on the cozy king size bed. French doors lead to another private covered deck to see more awesome mountain views and breathtaking sunsets! A large jetted tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet complete the suite.

Once onsite, our guests frequently comment that pictures do not capture and words cannot express the beauty and majesty of nature's best.

The Mountain Blessings cabin is not suitable for young children due to the steep mountain drop-offs. Extreme caution and supervision is strongly encouraged.

Weekend getaway

Mountain Blessings was just that. Such a beautiful place and the view is amazing. I can only imagine what it looks like in the fall. Cabin is very well stocked with just about anything you could need. Owners were wonderful to work with! Hope to return!

a PERFECT getaway!

Words cannot describe how perfect this cabin really is. It is so clean, updated and had everything we needed. The views are just incredible, we really loved the firepit! The directions got us right up there and we did it easily in our vehicle. We had bad storms the last night, had zero issues with the cabin and Greg checked in and made himself available for anything we needed. We never wanted to leave!

Remote and Stunning!

The home was exactly as described. The views, however, couldn’t be adequately described. They are breathtaking. The home was well equipped overall. There are many noteworthy excursion destinations within 30 minutes of the home, but the strong temptation is to stay home and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of this beautiful property. We are already planning a trip back during different season of the year.

The Perfect Cabin

This is probably our 4th or 5th time staying at this cabin, and our desire to return is unwavering. This cabin is where I proposed to my wife at, and will always have a special place in our hearts. Breathtaking View

You will feel like you are on top of the world. There are no other cabins around, just you and the wildlife. The cabin is like new, immaculate and has every amenity you need. The road up the mountain is windy, but the view and solitude are worth it. Sitting on the swing and watching the sunset is pure bliss.

Anniversary Get Away

The property setting was fantastic and exactly as described. The facility was well kept and clean. Communicating with the owner was very good and appreciated. The facility decor was well thought out and complimented the location. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the bear siting just off the back deck. We look forward to another get away at this location in the near future. The facility and owner interaction deserves a excellent rating, which is what we give it.

We were looking for a quiet escape with some excellent vistas as well as giving us something to do during the day. Downtown Blue Ridge is a bit touristy but the choices in dining and the foods we tasted were all above average. Our trip was in late July and it was unseasonably rainy for much of the week we were there (kept the temperatures cool at night) but the cabin offered so much more to keep us occupied. The cabin is large enough for 6 but fit the two of us quite well. If you believe in this thing, the “vibe” of this place is very good. It is worth the drive to this cabin and I’d recommend a vehicle in good working order (breaks, tires, ect) . If you take food along I’d also suggest bringing it inside the cabin as animals seeking a free meal may try to get at it in your vehicle. Host was always available by phone and checked on us after a storm passed through.

Far from the madding crowd!

If you want seclusion and serenity with all the comforts of home, this is the place! The drive up the mountain and the views from the porch were beautiful. The light-filled cabin was charming and tastefully decorated, as well as, comfortable and cozy. Nature is right at your door! We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds vie for sips at the hummingbird feeder, a black bear and a raccoon raid the bird feeder and various song birds come to feed, too. Deer and turkeys also made appearances along the roadsides. Sunsets across the mountains were a colorful end to the day. We visited the towns of Blue Ridge, Ellijay and Helen during our stay and took a fun ride on the Georgia Mountain Coaster in Helen. Directions to the cabin were very easy to follow. Many thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay and a much needed period of relaxation.

Peace out world

This was a fantastic honeymoon! Breathtaking views peaceful and amazing area! Though we never had a bear we sure wanted to see one! We just felt like we were alone and in our own world. Owner is amazing . Thank you Greg. We look forward to a return trip!

Misleading

My husband and I chose this cabin because the reviews were outstanding. We both were disappointed to say the least. We've stayed in a LOT of cabins over the years and understand these are rental cabins. We couldn't get past a few things which caused us to leave a day early from celebrating our 38th anniversary. The sheets on the bed were dirty and smelled horrible. We understand the owner needs to keep a watch on his property as we do at our house but having cameras on the side deck and upper deck is a little much. The view from this cabin is really great but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it because we felt so uncomfortable with the cameras. Lastly the garbage, I can honestly say I've never had to bring my garbage home from vacation. I did notice the statement on my rental agreement that read, take the garbage with you so I assumed there would be a container somewhere. Asking people to pay to dump their garbage offsite after leaving this cabin is very disappointing and you should consider having housekeeping remove the garbage. This cabin was not a great fit for us.

The views from the back porch are gorgeous. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor areas provide plenty of sitting room. What a fantastic getaway into nature!
