"The property was situated close to historical district, restaurants. All walking distance . Parking on site. Spacious , very clean apartment. 3 large bedrooms, good size , modern bathrooms. Large living room open to the dining and kitchen. Strongly recommend if visiting Savannah."

"My husband and I stayed here for a family members wedding and we were in such a good area in the middle of everything for the weekend! The bnb was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for our little weekend trip. The people above us were quite loud stomping and walking around upstairs and I will say I wish the owners provided maybe a few water bottles in the fridge for us but other than that it was a really great stay!! 10/10 recommend "

"Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience."

This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. "Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!"
