"Joe and Kait are wonderful hosts—very communicative, helpful, accommodating—and the house is just as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect house for our group of 10–6 adults, 4 kids—great comfortable space for hanging out, cooking and eating, and sleeping. It had everything we needed. We made great use of the entire space, the yard especially—soccer and football even though it was cold. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and we’d definitely do it again. "

" Perfect spot for a girls weekend- 4 adults. Very clean, enjoyed the views. It’s nice that all rooms have water views. Beds were comfortable enough. It was off season but still plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. Spent the day in Newport doing mansion tours. Responsive and informative host. "

The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had.
