"The Inn is beautiful, new construction, and very comfortable. The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. "Gorgeous stay at the Boathouse. Extremely clean with lots of amenities. Quality furnishings and bedding etc. Very quiet and right on the ocean. Susan was a great host. We would highly recommend for a very comfortable stay and will return in the future."

"The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel."

"Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!"
