Check-In & Check-Out



• Check-in: From 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.



During Your Stay



• No parties, events, or gatherings.

• No smoking or vaping inside the property.

• No pets unless approved in advance.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

• Turn off lights, heating/air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.



Property Care



• Treat the property with care and respect.

• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.

• Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided.

• Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure.



Security & Safety



• ID verification may be required before check-in through a secure third-party provider.

• The property must be used for lawful purposes only.

• Firearms, explosives, fireworks, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.



Security Deposit / Damage Waiver



• A refundable security deposit of £200 may be required and will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection.

• Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver of £53.50.



Additional Charges



• Unauthorized pets: £200

• Unauthorized guests: £200

• Smoking inside the property: £2,500

• Unauthorized parties or events: £2,500

• Lost keys or fobs may incur replacement charges.

• Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.



Failure to comply with these house rules may result in termination of the stay and additional charges.
