"The view from this cozy cabin was so beautiful. We could eat breakfast out on the covered deck even in the rain. Everything one needs in a kitchen was there, good cookware and cooktop. Cozy blankets helped on cool nights. Highly rrecommend."

"This is 20 minutes minimum from Asheville, so a car is needed. It’s a converted large home, so it has rustic charm. Easy walk into downtown Black Mountain, as well as access to highway 40. Great if you want to do hiking, make some meals and do Asheville."

"We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

"The house was great and in a perfect location. The only issue we had is that there were a few things (missing hand soap and loose faucets and towel racks we wanted the owners to be aware of) and we reached out to a cell phone number that was provided to us and on Vrbo messaging with no response from either one regarding these issues. "

"This spot was amazing, would definitely stay again. The door keypad was a little glitchy getting in (due to low battery) but communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. Everything was very clean and well stocked and we couldn't have asked for a better location."
