"Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!"

"Nice clean room, staff pleasant. Very good price and perfect location for us. Only downside was the noise insulation could be better. Couldn’t hear anything from the bar but the room above were constantly moving for hours and next doors snoring could clearly be heard. However would stay again "

"The room was minamilistic. No towels.Shampoo or soap. Extremely nosey as pub on the lower floor. I only ended up staying one night. The staff how ever where very friendly."

"O pior que eu já fiquei. Sem água quente, colaboradores mal humorados e com má vontade. Hotel fedendo a cigarro. Barulhento o tempo INTEIRO pessoas entrando e saindo dos quartos, falando alto, bebados, os frequentadores do bar fazendo arruaça. Terrível, e como se não bastasse, e como se não basyasse, a porta do quarto não fechava por fora e a funcionáilria do local disse que nada poderia fazer.
