The 2-room apartments are functional, cozy and furnished with attention to detail. They have a bright living and dining area with integrated kitchenettes. The apartments are brightly furnished with a double wing terrace door. The separate bedroom is equipped with nightstands, night lights and wardrobe. The bathroom is bright and friendly. These apartments are suitable for 2-3 persons. The two-room apartments have a terrace (EC) or Balcony (OG) to the sun side, which are each equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Both on the terrace and on the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The garden adjoining the terrace is shared by all residents of the house (exclusively holidaymakers). Here everyone finds a quiet place to relax undisturbed. We recommend our separate beach basket terrace in the upper part of the garden. Here you can enjoy the sunset over the Schmachter See with a glass of wine. The apartment has a barbecue which can be used on the terrace or in the garden.
