Near the Slopes - Big Bear Mountain getaway

Our cozy cabin is located near both ski slopes and the golf course in Lower Moonridge (Big Bear Lake).
Combining classic Americana spirit and modern amenities, the cabin has comforts any traveler can appreciate (down comforter, K-Cup coffee, WiFi, and cable TV!).
Fully equipped kitchen, a devoted entry for outdoor gear, comfy queen bed and a single fold-out bed for one more guest. The bathroom has tub/shower.
Our place is a few miles from the village and 2 block from the national forest.

A devoted entry for outdoor gear keeps things neat. The bedroom with comfy queen bed and hardwood-and-tile bathroom with a tub and shower offer true indulgence for a couple's getaway (there is also a single fold-out bed for one more guest).

Guest have access to the entire house, the tandem parking in front of the house.

I am available by text and usually not to far if you need anything.

In Walking distance, a great coffee/breakfast shop the "Moonridge Coffee Company", and "Dank Donuts & Sandwich Shop". Close to Zoo, new bike trail and Ski Slopes.

The Mountain Transit trolley runs Monday to Saturday and will drop you off to all mountain villages for free. See local bus stops for more information. We are also 2 blocks from the ski shuttle, nice to park at home.

Perfect Getaway Vacation Spot

First time booking a vrbo, great experience. Everything was super easy and the host was great with communication. Perfect distance away from downtown, everything was within a 10 minute drive.

Quick Stay

Cozy little cabin had everything we needed. Just an overnight place for a ski trip. Comfortable. Easy check in. Excellent communication. Loved the fact that we could book a single night, as many require a two night stay, especially during ski season…on a weekend.

Worth every penny!

We had the best stay here. This place is so cute and clean. We hope to stay here again in the future. Lisa is very sweet and extremely prompt with getting back to you. We highly recommend staying here.

Great cozy cabin!!!

We loved this cabin, it was cozy, clean and nice. The kitchen appliances were complete. It was close to everything, snow Summit just few minutes a way. Absolutely recommend this cabin and look forward to book it again for our next trip to big bear.

Nice property great owner

My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay here. Nicely decorated quaint little place. Pros- near the village where we spent a lot of our time, quiet neighborhood, we felt comfortable there and would probably stay again and we have already recommended the property to other people. Only downfalls were the heating unit was either all the way on at 75 degrees and kept getting warmer while it was on, but set lower than 75 and it would turn off and not come back on, so we’d freeze. We had to make the house warm before bed and turn it off when we went to bed or we’d be too hot. Then it was 50 degrees when we got up. The thermostat wouldn’t “talk” to the heater. Since it rained most of one of the days we were there, we were concerned about the leaking window behind the fridge. Didn’t affect anything we were doing, only concerned about the water damage caused to the property.

Amazing

My husbdand and I enjoyed our stay a lot and the property was very clean and cozy. Lisa was replying to our messages right away and was very easy and quick to communicate with. I recommend it strongly.

Pretty clean. Very small. No paved driveway or laundry facilities.

OK rental. Furnished with 1960 era furniture. First time renting a lake cabin. Perhaps we expected too much as we are used to 4 star hotels.

This cabin was close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Has a great walking/hiking trail right up the street. Great location. Lisa was very attentive and accommodating.

Clean, Close, and Comfortable

This is a great cabin, very comfortable and clean. All the amenities and a good heater. There's a great little trail system behind the neighborhood and it's an easy walk to the Mountain. Lisa was very accessible and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Quaint cabin for a getaway

We liked the cabin for its quaint touches. Although it was small, it was well appointed with clean furnishings, amenities and lot of fun things to do (like read and play board games) if you are stuck in a cabin. Thats probably less likely though since the cabin is close to Bear mountain ski area.

Cute and cozy!!

This is one of the first rentals we've stayed at where the place was even cuter in person than in the pictures!! We had such a lovely stay! It was cute, cozy, had all the amenities, and very close to the snowboard/ski area!! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making us feel at home!!

Beautiful cozy clean cabin in a great location!

My Fiance and I stayed here this weekend and loved the cabin! Its in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores, the land lots of restaurants. It was really clean and updated, it has a great grill we took advantage of and a hammock in the back! It was perfect for the two of us :) Thank you Lisa l, we hope to be back soon !

The entire experience was excellent. Great overviews and detail from the owner. We were most impressed by the great attention to detail inside and the good use of space. Everything from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom and living room make it so inviting. Makes you not want to go outside to the adventures of Big Bear.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I were looking to escape the vegas heat and this place was perfect! Comfortable and warming home , had everything we needed for our stay .It was very clean , the location was close enough to shops but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods . I highly recommend this place , We were was not disappointed 😊
