"The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

"This was our little christmas vacation. The house was so beautiful. I love the open space, tall ceilings and all the windows, no matter where you were you had a gorgeous view of the trees and lake. The house was warm and cozy feel. The kids loved the air hockey machine!The house was very well stocked. There were extra blankets, linens, soaps, shampoos, towels, pillows, kitchen ware and cooking utensils and pots and pans. The house had everything you need. All we had to do was go to the grocery...

"Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and a large cabin with great living space. The kitchen was minimally appointed (not enough mugs, no salad bowl, just not enough kitchenware) and the heat was very loud. Everything else was great and we’d definitely come back!"
