Our room was very nice and very clean. Parking was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Just what i would expect from the Hilton brand, but tucked away in the mountains of Southern California.

This hotel was very clean and definitely a great place to stay in Big Bear. The front desk was polite and made check in easy. I would stay there again.
