Get ready to relax in this welcoming 4-bedroom cabin in Big Bear Lake. This fantastic property features 2 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a lovely getaway with friends or family. With 3 bathrooms, including a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, you can unwind in style. The loft offers 2 twin beds for additional sleeping space. Children will enjoy a playroom set with mountain themed toys and books.

After a day of adventures on the mountains, lake, or one of the two local ski resorts, you will return to this home to relax and unwind with your family and friends. Stretch out in front of the fireplace, enjoy the deck and tree-lined lot, and challenge your cabin mates to a game of pool. This home has everything you need to create memories in the Big Bear Mountains. The log-style retreat was newly built and decorated in 2018.

Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

Nearby Attractions: Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course, Snow Summit Ski Resort, Grizzly Manor Cafe, Dank Donuts, Big Bear Lake Brewing Company, Tropicali, Big Bear Alpine Zoo, Castle Rock, Boulder Bay Park, Big Bear Marina, Big Bear Discovery Center, Alpine Pedal Path.

All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Home Truths:
- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy.
- Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and its amenities, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

Areas with Limited or No Access: No garage or master closet access.

Supply Closets: There are a few locked supply closets within the home that are reserved for staff use and are not accessible to guests.

Security Features: There is one Ring camera positioned at the front and additional in the driveway for security purposes, but no cameras are located inside.

The Neighborhood: You are in a forest with bears, Bobcats, and coyotes. All pets must be supervised outside at ALL times.

Big Bear Lake Village: A charming shopping and dining area, Big Bear Lake Village is only a 10-minute drive away. Here, you'll find a variety of local shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options to explore during your stay.

Grocery Stores: Stock up on essentials at Vons or Stater Bros, both of which are a quick 4-minute drive from the home. These stores offer a wide selection of groceries, including organic and specialty items, so you’ll have everything you need for cooking at home.

Restaurants and Cafes: The nearest spots to eat or grab a drink are located in the Moonridge area, just a 2-minute drive away. This is where most people in our neighborhood head for breakfast or a quick lunch, thanks to the delicious options and close proximity.

Hiking Trails: One of the best features of our home in the summer is the direct access to some of Big Bear's most beautiful designated hiking trails. You don’t need to drive anywhere—just step out the back door, and you’re on your way. Explore the stunning forest scenery right in your backyard, with trails that cater to all levels of hikers, from easy walks to more challenging adventures.

Big Bear Lake Shoreline: The beautiful shoreline of Big Bear Lake is just a 5-minute drive away.

Snow Summit Ski Resort: If you’re looking to explore another nearby ski area, Snow Summit is only a 10-minute drive away. This resort offers additional slopes and a variety of winter activities for all ages.

Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain: Just a 12-minute drive from the home, this fun-filled destination offers year-round entertainment, including a snow play area in winter and an alpine slide and water slide in the warmer months.

Zoo and Golf Course - Both walking distance and if you prefer car, about a 2 minute drive way.

Walking: Many attractions are just a short walk away. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is only a 5-minute walk from the property, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to hit the slopes without the need to drive.

Driving: For those planning to explore further afield, a car is recommended. Big Bear Lake Village, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is about a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, Snow Summit Ski Resort is just a 10-minute drive, offering more winter sports options. Parking is easy, with space for two cars in the driveway.

Public Transportation: While Big Bear Lake is car-friendly, there are limited public transportation options. The nearest shuttle pick up is at bear mountain ski resort, a 5 min walk away, this Trolly shuttle is also free.

Cycling: The area is also bike-friendly. There are some of the best official big bear designated mountain biking trails right behind the house in the forest also the official big bear bike path starts right down the street in front of the Zoo about a 4 min ride away, this path takes you all around the lake. Cycling is a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of Big Bear Lake, especially during the warmer months.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in Big Bear Lake, though availability may be limited compared to urban areas. These services can be useful for short trips around town or to get to nearby attractions.

We enjoy our Fourth of July here at this beautiful cabin. The minute you walk in the door you agreed with Florida ceiling windows, beautiful trees around the with lots of outdoor seating. The interior is beautiful. Large family table, lots of counter space, great relaxing, living area. Large TV with cable. Upstairs is a whole other section if you bring your family. Our host was very responsive and gracious. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay with excellent communication by property owner.
