"Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing."

"Really helpful staff, and room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After breakfast we were offered the bill when we explained our reservation included breakfast. It would seem this is an ongoing issue as staff explained they don’t include it but are struggling with Expedia to remove.
