With a private dock, a small boat lift for renters, and stunning water views from the back deck, it’s the perfect place to kick back, relax, and listen to the gentle sounds of the lake. The home now sleeps 12 across 5 spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for larger groups. Two new paddleboards are also available for guest use. While the owners’ pontoon remains unavailable, there are other rental options nearby for boating fun.

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright, open interior and a spacious living area complete with a gas fireplace, perfect for curling up on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for the chef of the group to create memorable meals for everyone. During the summer months, fire up the grill on the back deck, enjoy a family barbecue, and watch the sun set over the lake as the stars begin to shine.

*Please Note: Crystal Mountain Resort will be limiting access to the ski slopes this winter. All guests arriving during the time the resort is open should be aware to purchase lift tickets in advance as walk-ups may be turned away.

Dock details: 45’ private dock with boat lift (3,000 lbs. MAX)

**Boats MAY NOT be tied directly to the dock unless you are loading or unloading passengers.**



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
