"The customer service through the rental company vacassa was awful, I was told there weren’t blankets, a stocked kitchen etc which there was all on that. While traveling with two babies I ended up packing all of this bedding I did not need. The walkway, stairs, deck and path to the trash were not shoveled, nothing was de-iced and entry was very difficult, once again with two very small children."

"I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha"

"Lots of dead ants which we vacuumed up upon arrival. Location was great toilet upstairs and so we shut the water off to it. Windows were open when we got there. We did close them when we left."

"My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view."

"This was the PERFECT getaway! The house is even better looking in person. The front entryway was perfect for storing things you dont want to leave outside, but dont want in the living area of the home. All high quality items in the home (dishes, bowls, couch, etc). The matresses were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Updated everything in the home, (appliances, fireplace) the hot tub, with that view, was to die for!! Cute, quiet neighborhood, but so close to all the amenities! We loved...

"My cousins and I came up to North Conway for a long planned weekend and this place was the perfect location for it. The house was big enough for all 10 of us and it was secluded enough that we didn’t have to be too quiet at night (we are a loud family). It was also the perfect spot for those of us that went hiking at Tuckerman’s and for when we went to Nostalgia night at Storyland. "If you're looking for a cabin just outside of town but close to the ski resorts, this is a perfect spot. It's kind of dark and stinky, but it's a cabin in the woods. Very little cell service, but awesome high speed internet. New appliances in the kitchen, and they get brownie points for a clean coffee machine. The plow guy showed up promptly in the morning after a big snowstorm. If you're looking for a luxury ski condo, this is not it. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cabin near town...
