Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind- featuring cozy beds, soft linens, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Ideal for large families or groups traveling together to ski Sunday River. Cook up a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or gather for post ski dinners. The open concept kitchen includes a large dining table, and everything you need to feel at home.

A day on the mountain, curl up by the fireplace in the spacious living room or sip hot cocoa on the deck while soaking in the quiet of Maine`s western mountains. Located just a short drive to Sunday River and downtown Bethel, you`re perfectly situated for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more. In warmer months, enjoy nearby golf courses, waterfalls, and scenic drives. Spread out on the expansive property with room to play, relax, and take in the crisp mountain air. Ample parking, a fire pit, and outdoor dining make it easy to enjoy all seasons.

Please note that the pool house and pool may be shared with another group renting our the `Guest House` property.

PLEASE NOTE: The horse arena and pastures are off limits to guests and the road is used to access these areas of the property so that the horses can be tended to. The horses should not be approached, ever, and can be dangerous if approached. There is a noise monitor, no recording, in the living room and outside as unauthorized parties are not allowed.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
