In the summer swimming (Ellis Pond, Roxbury Pond) for hikers, Whitecap Mountain Preserve the trail is great for camping and hiking. Fall foliage is a stunning spectacle. LIVING SPACE
The living space immediately gives a calming tranquil feeling enjoy a book on the big comfy genuine leather sofa or watch a movie on the 55” HD Smart TV with the whole family. For the wine lovers out there, nothing beats a glass of wine, and a little music — all here!

KITCHEN
If you love cooking as much as we do, you’re going to love the kitchen. The brand-new stainless-steel appliances are ready for you to whip up your favorite meals. For breakfast, make some fluffy Maine blueberry pancakes on the gas stove. And the entire group can eat together at the solid wood dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: a toaster oven, cooking utensils, coffee machine, knife set, pots & pans, dishes, and flatware.

BEDROOMS
Rest easy in one of the 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with its charm. Each bed has linens, pillows, and comforters, and the rooms all have curtains so you can sleep in them.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and access to a half bath. A full bath is also located on the first floor with double vanity.
Upstairs, one bedroom has one (1) queen bed for the parents or couples and the other bedroom has two (2) queen beds for couples or friends as well. And bedroom # 3 has a queen bed for kids or couples. The house comfortably sleeps up to nine (8 ) adults. Perfect for families, friends, and couples.


BATHROOMS
One full, and one and a half bath. The half bath is off the master bedroom. The full bathroom is located on the first floor with double vanity. Soaps and towels are provided! If you require additional towels, let us know or kindly bring your own)

LAUNDRY ROOM
Right in the half bathroom, guests appreciate the nice new washer and dryer. Detergent is provided for two laundry loads.

OUTDOOR SPACES & AMENITIES
You’ll enjoy chairs on the deck with a cup of hot coffee. There is coffee, and coffee creamer provided for all of you.

Need to get some work done? There’s fast, wifi.

Guests will have the entire home and property to themselves.

CLEANING
Our home is carefully and meticulously cleaned between each stay following enhanced cleaning protocols. We work with a very professional cleaner who makes sure and follow all the cleaning protocol. This means we recognize how important our cleaners' work is for our property and your experience and are well compensated.

PETS
We love animals and know traveling with your companion is important for many guests. House-trained dogs are permitted but MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING. Owners must clean up after pets. Inside, dogs are not permitted on furniture (sofas, beds, etc.). There is a $25/night/pet charge to help cover the cost of additional cleaning and wear and tear and guest are fully responsible for the new replacement cost of any damage.
Guest access
The entire house is yours. There is a big driveway where you can fit up to 6 cars.
