"The unit was accurate is the pictures and descriptions. The parking spot was big enough for a full size crew cab pickup truck. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Well updated compared to other most other units in the community. The only thing I would recommend but was fine is a different door locking device. The touch screen on the door lock seemed to have a mind of its own and seemed to work differently each time. The unlock button does not light up so it was hard to describe...

"We loved the Sea Colony and the 3 BR unit we stayed in. It was conveniently located to amenities and very clean. Anything you would need(other than food) was provided. We would stay there again."

"There is a handicap ramp and several steps to go up to the condo. It was not a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. Very clean! "

"Fabulous!Make sure you go to the Sea Colony shop BEFORE you enter the property to get your badges and parking passes. That’s not always clear. The badges needed to use any amenities do cost . Be prepared for that extra expense. An updated cost grid can be found on the Sea Colony site. "

"We spent a great 4-day weekend here with three teenagers. Well decorated, clean, and comfortable, with more than enough room for us. It was definitely one of the better equipped places we've stayed. We especially appreciated the bikes and beach chairs. It was an easy bike ride to the beach with the chairs on our backs. Check-in was easy and David was very responsive to the couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again."
