"The condo was as beautiful as the description. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we enjoyed the wrap around balcony. It was quite windy when we visited, so it was nice to to be able to sit on the street side when the wind was too much. We had a wonderful stay."

"We stayed at Gabrielle’s place for a family vacation and loved that it was welcoming to our entire family- including our pup and toddler. The location was walking distance to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. For days we didn’t want to walk to the beach, it was an added bonus to have the resident beach parking pass. We did have a slight issue during our stay but Gabrielle responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. Thanks for a great stay, Gabrielle!"

"The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 13 and there was adequate space for everyone to have their own space when needed and space to come together as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only problem was that the AC on the third level went out but management brought in two portable AC’s to keep the rooms up there cool. "This was such a great little place right on the boardwalk! Parking was easy, and we loved that we could walk everywhere in Bethany without ever needing the car. The unit itself was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen felt fresh and modern. What really stood out, though, was how quickly the owner responded—she answered my questions right away, which made everything stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!"

"The Pilot House was absolutely wonderful for our family. A welcoming home with the bonus of a relaxing pool area where we spent much of our time. Our host Rosemary was super responsive and had great information about the area. Bethany is a fabulous beach with a small town feel and the location of this house was fabulous ... close enough to be convenient, but a little ways away from the noise and bustle of town. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! "

"This property was very clean and spacious. Nancy is a prompt and responsive host. We had a very large group for a beach family reunion. There’s a trolley that goes through the neighborhood every 30 minutes or so that will take you to the boardwalk for free. The boardwalk is about a mile away. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to a handful of shops and businesses. Nancy had almost everything we needed. We couldn’t find any oven mits, but we just used folded kitchen towels....
