The Space:

Welcome to this stunning new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, where relaxation and entertainment come together seamlessly. Inside, you’ll find spacious living areas, including a beautifully designed kitchen featuring a stylish coffee bar, perfect for starting your day off right. The home is thoughtfully equipped with premium toiletries to ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the community clubhouse, a quick 3-5 minute walk from the front door, which boasts an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped fitness center, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool (May-August), game room, and a common room for relaxation. Locker rooms with showers and a playground are also available, providing entertainment and convenience for guests of all ages.



Bring your fishing poles for use at the catch and release pond in the center of the community or take them out to the crabbing pier which is just a short 5 minute walk from the house.



Guests will also have access to two adult beach cruiser bikes as well as two kayaks located at the kayak pier in the community. Guests must sign waivers prior to obtaining access to both the bikes and kayaks.



As a requirement by the community association between Memorial Day and Labor Day, guests must complete a "short term rental application." This is achieved by filling out the check in instructions. Guest must include make, model, color, tag number and state of all vehicles as well as all guest's names and ages.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a quiet, residential community just south of Ocean City, this cozy townhouse offers the perfect getaway location. You’re only a 7-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Assateague Island, where you can relax on the sand and catch a glimpse of the famous wild horses in their natural habitat.



Prefer the excitement of the boardwalk? The Ocean City Inlet and Boardwalk are just a short drive away, offering shopping, dining, and classic coastal fun.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to Assawoman Bay—bring your own paddleboard or kayak, or feel free to borrow ours for a peaceful day on the water.



Other Things to Note:

-The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other three bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds. Each room has a smart tv for you to enjoy all your favorite streaming services.



-For families with young children, a Pack and Play is available as well as two baby gates for your convenience.



-The living room offers a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space, and inflatable mattresses are available upon request to accommodate extra guests.



-Linens are provided to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.



-Your stay includes access to two kayaks located on the rack at the kayak pier, just a 5 minute walk from the front door. Two adult life vests are provided. A small parking area is also located at the pier. Guests must sign a waiver prior to obtaining access to the kayaks.



-Feel free to bring you own paddle boards to use on the bay.
