eight guests with four fabulous bedrooms, stunning kitchen and living space. Perfect for families with pool table and a barbeque hut and outside there’s a large garden and plenty of parking.  If you can tear yourself away… get out and about and explore this delightful area of Northumberland.
Just two miles away is historical Bamburgh with its impressive castle and the beautiful Northumberland Heritage Coast. Bamburgh has some good shops and pubs, the village is packed with old world charm and regularly features on film and TV. Walk the causeway at low tide to Bamburgh Castle which clings dramatically rocky outcrop. Visit Seahouses where boat trips run daily boat to the Farne Islands to view the sea birds and grey seal colonies. Holy Island is a short drive away and the nature reserve of Budle Bay is within easy reach.

Living room: inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, sofas, coffee table. Freeview TV, DVD, Conservatory : cane sofa and chairs, coffee table double doors to rear garden and patio.
Dining room: large dining room table with seating for 8/10 people, sideboard, inglenook fireplace with electric log effect fire.
Kitchen & utilities : large painted kitchen with extensive bench area and floor cabinets, range style cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher. Stairs leading from kitchen to mezzanine area.
Utility room: washing machine, ceiling dryer.
Upstairs from Kitchen:
Bedroom 1 : king size bed, open hanging area, bedside tables.
shower room: shower, wash hand basin, WC.
First floor :
Master bedroom: king size bed, walk in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, beamed ceiling
Ensuite shower room: shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 : twin beds, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, tall boy chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and drawer unit
Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Entertainment: Freeview TV in lounge, DVD, TV on Mezzanine with Games Station, WiFi.

For families: travel cot (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot)

Outside : enclosed outdoor barbecue hut, extensive garden, (unfenced with running brook).
Parking : parking for 4 cars
General : WiFi, bedding, bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack : tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a sweet treat. Welcome toiletries. 
Pets: well behaved dogs welcome (up to 2) @ £25.00 each per week or part thereof. Dogs should not be allowed on the furniture or left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired).
Please note : Low occupancy discount available at certain times of the year: 1/2 person = 1 bedroom option; 3/4 person = 2 bedroom option. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. There is an unfenced stream running along one of the boundaries, behind the treeline. The  property is not on mains drainage and has a septic tank.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (from £15 to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange
