"The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in. "

"This house felt so full of history and was a great location.My family was able to walk across the street for a great cup of coffee every morning and walk to the square for festivities and great shopping."

"We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!"

"Talk about “plusing the plus”! Every tiny thing you can think of was taken care of and there! The pictures do not come close to accurately showing the beauty of this house and the property. I could have stayed for a month!The beds are comfortable, the layout was perfect, and everything was well stocked!"

"Our stay was great! The kitchen was really well stocked and had a lot of equipment (coffee grinder, immersion blender, plenty of bowls and pans) that we really appreciated. We had 8 adults (4 couples), and it was plenty of space. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, which was just something we had to keep in mind because of sound travelling. Jen was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. The pool and outdoor space was great and the slide was surprisingly fun even for adults....

"We loved this home and will be back! The location of this home gave us quick access, on foot, to the beach and the gorgeous trails of the Marin Headlands. The deck gives breathtaking views of Muir Beach and beyond. From that same deck we saw baby deer, a fox and raccoons visited. The outdoor shower is a dream, with hummingbirds flying nearby. A question to the owner was responded to immediately and her property manager followed up right after. Thank you for a beautiful space for us to come...

"The house was perfect for our wine-tasting getaway. We had lovely walks to downtown Sonoma and Whole Foods, and short scenic drives to many vineyards. The neigborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable.The backyard was a lovely oasis where you could dine, play bocce or relax by the firepit with a glass of wine. "
