Escape to the tranquil serenity of this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath luxurious home situated in one of Fripp Island’s quietest neighborhoods, Deer Lake. This home has amazing lagoon and lake front views from the front porch, screened porch, deck, and wall of windows. The 2 fountains will be a backdrop for relaxing as you observe the birds and other wildlife that are abundant. Just across the lake you can relish in the nature of the Audubon Trail. This maritime forest setting is one that will mesmerize you for hours. A few steps down the street you and your family will delight in the private community pool and playground. You can also hop on the golf cart or bikes and take a very short ride to the beach for additional sun and fun.

This open floor plan home has hardwood and ceramic tile floors and a newly renovated gourmet kitchen. There are 10 foot ceilings throughout this spacious home. The living room has a large screen TV with cable and a vaulted cedar ceiling. There are 2 separate dining areas, as well as an island with 2 bar stools and second sink, in the well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom has a vaulted cedar ceiling and its own access to the screened porch. The master bathroom has 2 sinks and vanities, as well as an extravagant shower with separate heads on opposite walls, and tub. The second bedroom has an en suite with a shower. Upstairs is a private retreat with a bedroom, TV, en suite with 2 sinks and a shower, and a deck. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor shower as well. Ample parking is provided in the 2 open stalls under the house and turn around driveway.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

Wow! The best VRBO we’ve stayed at!!!
My husband, bro & sis-n-law stayed here April 23-30. What a fantastic stay! They stayed in upstairs suite since they could control a/c separate from downstairs. Total privacy for all! We are some pretty serious cooks and the kitchen was really perfect. Lots of everything plus stuff left by others. Golf cart was appreciated letting us do lookie-see trips around the island. We all fell in love with alligators and singing birds outside the deck. I would suggest to future people who love to cook…do your shopping in Savannah. The Publix store in Beaufort (?) was a sore disappointment. On the other hand, everyone LOVED the shrimp from Gay’s Fish Company. Strawberries were beyond delicious from local farmer markets! Would we do a return trip? YES!

This was our first time at Fripp. The owner had great communication and the property was better than advertised. Beautiful views and plenty of space. Golf cart was convenient for getting around the island.

Beautiful location
This property is located in a wonderful area on a small pond. We enjoyed seeing the alligators and all of the birds. The neighborhood pool also is a plus. We did have several hiccups during our stay. Initially, there is not a gas grill as listed. It is a charcoal grill. We did not bring charcoal and lighter fluid but the property management company promptly responded and provided those items. The house does not have hot pads or oven mitts--not a big deal, but we recommend that those items be added. Our biggest issue was the cooktop--it worked on our first night, but quit working on Friday morning. We made do on Friday night and have leftovers both on Friday and Saturday, but were disappointed as we all are cooks and had brought fresh seafood, pasta and produce. We contacted the property management company on Friday evening, but did not receive a response to the stove issue until lunchtime on Saturday. It was unable to be repaired while we were there and, while the property management company gave us the code to another property so we could use their kitchen, we were not able to access that property, resulting in eating leftovers for a second night. We did not specifically request a refund, but we were given a $300 refund, which was a nice gesture that we appreciate. Overall, this is a great property and we certainly will consider returning based on the location and assuming that the stove issue is rectified.

The house was wonderful. Location perfect. The private pool was a great addition to all of the amenities available on Fripp. Kathy, the managing agent was so caring. Answered every question and resolved an issue immediately. After a 4 year absence this stay made us realize how much we missed and love Fripp Island.

Perfect birthday week
Our family had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The house is perfect, great location, and in beautiful condition. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes, and glassware. We had beautiful views of wildlife every day, and loved having a neighborhood pool, as the resort pools were very crowded. We would definitely love to come back again.

Amazing rental!
Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us. It is located on the back side of Deer Lake Community away from the main street noise. It is in a quiet, secluded location. The house has an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings and an amazing screened in porch overlooking the lake on the east side (great for watching the sun rise while drinking an early morning cup of coffee). the kitchen is well stocked. It has everything one needs to have a wonderful visit on Fripp Island!

From start to finish, we had a perfect experience. The property manager was wonderfully efficient and fast. The home was absolutely adorable, super well appointed, and well located. We love Fripp and we loved our stay in this home.

Perfect Week
Highly recommend this property. Great location. Beautiful views of the lagoon and lots of deer sightings. Absolutely perfect week. Appreciated Kathy's prompt responses and immediate attention to an issue with the golf cart which was quickly rectified.
