Magnificent living room of 44 m² with fireplace/insert - American kitchen - dishwasher - On level 1: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds including 1 X 160, 3 single beds including 2 in bunk beds and a 90x190 drawer bed in the living room) - bathroom - wc - 2 balconies - terrace with garden furniture in summer. LL. On the ground floor of the chalet: an independent 4-person studio communicating with the upper part of the chalet by an internal staircase: kitchen living room, a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed area (2 beds 80x170), a shower room, separate wc. Wifi.
Travel cot for baby.

Remarks: Access by carriage track over 150m and in winter on the slopes access on foot or by snowshoes over 150m (snowy access). Bring a sled for your luggage and snowshoes on foot. Not recommended for people who are not very sporty or very young children. No late arrivals (before nightfall) for this chalet. Cleaning fee €150 (means emptied bins and washed and put away dishes)
Note: €107 extra charges in winter. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be requested upon arrival.
