"close to downtown walking distance to dinning excellent location in town"

"The staff were lovely and they opened the breakfast up early for the Ironman event (4am). However, the property needs better upkeep and cleaning. It was quite dirty and things are broken and falling apart. The smoking area is right by the door, dirty bucks of water by an entrance, dirty carpets and broken banisters. Our toilet kept breaking and there was no fan in the bathroom. They need a higher standard of cleanliness."
