We were disappointed that the freezer of the in-suite refrigerator did not work for two days. Even after I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I had to follow up before they started to do something. To my surprise, without even coming to the room to diagnose what caused the problem, they knew what to do. So were they aware of the possible issue? That refrigerator should have been fixed and tested to make sure it’s working prior to the guests arrival. I booked this hotel mainly because it was built in 2023, expecting the best condition willingly paying more for the stay. However, after this experience, I’d rather switch back to Holiday Inn or Best Western, which never disappoint me and my family. Their bedsheets, linens and mattresses are as comfortable as anyone can expect. Here in Hilton, there’s lots of room for improvement.
