"Great location for beachgoers. The unit is just enough for a family of 4 or smaller. We could see the sea from our room. Our host was extremely attentive. Window unit ACs and a heater are available but open windows work great. I used the AC, fan or ear plugs at night. The area is very quiet but noise from neighbors cars or other units can be heard. Great place for the price. Its also walking distance to Scratch Bakery but note that many places are closed monday and tuesday. Atleast in June....
