"The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough. "Beautiful building in a lovely setting, within walking distance of the marina. The team are professional and so friendly. The young people on dinner service were polite and so amiable. Chris at breakfast was particularly wonderful, as was Jess who sent me my lost glasses. They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying here again."
