"It's a hotel with good facilities, but they need to improve their cleanliness. The floor was quite dirty. Many of the guests are smokers. And inside the room, there were many cigarette burns on the furniture, even though smoking is prohibited inside. The door lock was practically loose. Of the four screws, only one was missing. The door doesn't seal completely, putting insects like cockroaches at risk of entering the room. In addition, there's the smell of cigarette smoke from other...

"Very clean room. Breakfast is a continental breakfast, but that is what was advertised, so it met expectations. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient."

"O hotel de modo geral é bom , porém não dispõe de estacionamento grátis . A maioria tem e ele tem um ótimo estacionamento mas bem caro. Tinha 4 ônibus de excursão de jovens e causou bastante tumulto no hotel , principalmente no café da manhã que dispunha de um lugar super pequeno e com muitas pessoas juntas . Além da resposição ter ficado comprometida pois estava faltando muitas coisas , ficou impraticável servir e sentar em algum lugar disponível . Tivemos que sair e tomar café fora do hotel ....

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."

"I stayed one night on my way through coming from Florida and was quite impressed with how nice the room was and smelled really clean. Bed was comfy bathroom was huge and super clean. The night manager we t above and beyond. I woke up in a panic thinking I had left my door open on my car and it had just started storming and a downpour he ran outside and all around my car to make sure all my doors were shut . "

"This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga!"

"It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "
