The apartment features a queen size double bed (1,5x2m), a full kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay in Barcelona and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a privileged position in the heart of the city, you can walk to most places of interest, but in case you need to use public transport, the nearest metro stops are Arc de Triomph (L1) and Jaume (L4). Below is the connection from the apartment to some of the most common points of interest:

- From El Prat airport:

For a hassle-free trip from El Prat airport, your best options are a cab or public transportation. If you opt for the Aerobus, a direct service will transport you quickly to Plaza Espanya in approximately 20 minutes. From Plaza Espanya, hop on the metro L1 (red line) to Fondo and stop at Arc de Triomf station. A short walk from there will take you to the apartment door.

- From the apartment to Plaza Catalunya:

The apartment is only a 20 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, however you can also choose to take the V15 bus or the metro from Arc de Triomf.

- From the apartment to the Sagrada Familia:

To reach the iconic Sagrada Familia, take the V19 bus (Parc de la Ciutadella - Princesa) towards Pl. Alfonso Comín and get off at the stop Pg de Sant Joan - València. Then, a leisurely 10-minute walk will take you to your destination.

- From the apartment to Park Güell:

Embarking on a visit to Park Güell is very easy. Take the V19 bus (Parc de la Ciutadella - Princesa) towards Pl. Alfonso Comín and get off at the Ctra del Carmel - Albert Llanas stop. A short 3 minute walk is all that is needed from there.


All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

- The building has an elevator adapted for wheelchairs.
- Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm.
- Late check in fee of 30€ for arrivals after 9 pm.
- You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- The flat´s capacity is of 2 people. No additional guests allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
