Newly renovated apartment with private terrace and communal pool, fully equipped and furnished of 80 m2, located in building with elevator and optional parking in the same building (30€ / day).

Near the apartment you will find plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Gràcia is a very well connected area with metro and bus lines (Joanic, Fontana, Verdaguer). In the neighborhood of Gràcia you will find squares, bars and restaurants full of tradition mixed with the modernism that Barcelona offers. The neighborhood of Gràcia is just a few meters away from the famous and imposing Park Güell, as well as the world famous Sagrada Familia. In this neighborhood you will find the best kept secrets of the city (bars, markets, unique stores, architectural gems and much more). In short, it is the ideal area for you to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 5 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but being very close to your own. Please note that we can also provide you with everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊.
