We loved our place in Barcelona. Everything was very walkable and felt very safe. It was so nice to have room to spread out. The furnishings were comfortable and the place was very clean. A smell has been mentioned and we did notice it, but also realized if we kept the toilet lids down it was much less. My husband also poured hot water down the kitchen sink and that helped as well. It was very nice having a washing machine, just note there is no dryer. Finally the air conditioning was hard to figure out so maybe some information about that would be helpful. The hosts were very kind and left us a started bag of goodies that came in very useful. The streets in Barcelona are active throughout the night so earplugs would be a good investment and note that Thursday is trash day and a good day to be out of the house. Overall we had an amazing stay!

After solving the problem of getting into the Building/Apartment we had a wonderful Apt. and an absolutely fantastic location.Our Apartment booking assistant Marina was a great help when ever needed including weekends.All in all very recommendable!! and with this experience we spent a wonderful time in Barcelona

The unit is cute, but they dont tell you you are upstairs from a casino that opens till 3 am. We got only 1 towel each for 3 nights. The shower in the master Whno dorr, so it flbought our own toli

Excellent stay in a lovely city full of culture, nature, sports and good foods.Nice appartement, close to a metro station, good beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (double bed, two single beds, single bed), nice building, we spent only time in the appartement to sleep and have breakfast. Different good and tasty Spanish bakeries just aside the appartment.A small downside: we had a smell in the bathrooms of the showers which was a pity, rapidly evolved when you opened the windows but always present when you entered.

Still Trying to get VRBO to respond and refund

I have now been trying to get a response for a week as has the property owner from VRBO. So to their credit, they are trying to get a hold of them as well. We have a case open but still, nobody is responding.

Great location

The communication put me at ease from booking. There were 2 coffee shops downstairs, and a market next door. We were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this property.

Great location. Easy to walk around with plenty of eating spots. From airport about a 30 euro fare. Only possible down side for some a bit noisy as you are right in the heart .

Ok neighborhood, ok place

This apartment is just ok. The Good: The location is pretty central to most of Barcelona. It is 3 bedroom and the beds are comfortable. The OK: Check-in and communication was difficult because I did not have WiFi/internet connection. Luckily I went to a hotel for a snack and was able to get messages from WhatsApp to see the login process. However, my phone still would not connect, so they had to unlock the doors wirelessly for me (after a neighbor let us in the front door). The Bad: After we checked in, the property manager told us we could not use one of the bathroom sinks. Please note we were staying a week. No offer to fix it. Just told not to use the sink. Lots of items in the apartment were rusted, dirty, or need to be replaced (coffee maker, dishwasher, oven). There were no oven mitts to remove hot items from the oven. They provide only 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 laundry tablet, 1 towel per person. Again, this was a 6 night stay, so these are small items for them to leave for the renter (probably 5 Euro total to leave a decent supply) so it seems really cheap to leave one. One towel per person with no clothes dryer is crazy! We bought 30 dishwasher tablets for 3 Euro at the grocery store, so it seems super cheap that they don't provide more than one for a week-long stay. We left the dish tablets so the next person wouldn't have to buy them, but I'm not sure they left them for the next guest. It was OK, but I would not stay again.

Living like a local at Sant Antoni

The Sant Antoni apt is situated in a nice location a half block from its namesake market with fresh produce meats and seafood. Grab a pastry and coffee at the corner cafe or run across the street for bottled water at the convenience store. You can get to Las Ramblas on foot within 10 minutes. Communication could be better as I had to call to make sure everything was arranged and during our stay we had an issue that I texted about but no communication back until 2 days later after I called. It’s a self check in process which can be tricky but we got in. Once in 2 sets of keys provided makes going in easier. There is an elevator which is appreciated for luggage and after a day’s sightseeing as the apartment is on the 5th floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Great location close to transit.

Enjoyed your unit and location. The only thing you need to know is to bring your ear plugs. The central recycling center is under your bedroom. It was loud at night with street going ones too. Bring your PPE or you won’t sleep much.

Great apartment and location

The apartment was perfect. The location was easy to get to all the major attractions in the city . Great and friendly neighborhood with restaurants and bars galor - The owners were wonderful to deal with !!

Nice apartment, great location

A nice accomodation at a good price for three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Raval neighborhood, an easy walk to Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya and the old city, one block from Sant Antoni market - a great location for exploring Barcelona. The showers in the bathrooms are a bit wonky but everything works. Be sure to ask for two sets of keys if multiple guests want to do different things.

Schön aber laut

Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, dadurch aber auch laut. Ausstattung ist gut. Im Duschbad fehlt allerdings ein Teil der Schiebetür von der Duschkabine. Der Griff an einer Terrassentür war lose, wurde aber am nächsten Tag repariert. Leider fand ich das Procedere bei der Buchung in Punkto Zahlung irreführend. Ansonsten war alles okay.

September 2022. This apartment met our needs and expectations. The location was close to everything. We found fantastic restaurants very close by that were way better and much cheaper than those in the more touristy areas. Favorites were Cera 23, Malducat and Agust. I would definately stay here again.

Great place, great location

This was a great location for our time in Barcelona. Close to the metro as well as a great cafe. Only downside was the noise from the street at night carried right through our windows.

Great apartment good location

Really central. Owner was very helpful and attentive. Bit noisy at night but it’s in the city centre so that is to be expected. Good shower. Coffee machine was handy. Felt spacious.
