The Space:

Located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, a vibrant and architecturally stunning area known for its iconic grid layout. This specific location is close to Sagrada Família, one of Gaudí’s masterpieces, offering easy access to Barcelona’s rich history and cultural landmarks. The area is filled with cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and well-connected public transportation, making it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors. Its central location provides a perfect balance between bustling city life and residential tranquility.



Upon entering, you'll find natural light accentuating the warm wooden floors, drawing you into a living area where minimalist design meets comfort. The living room includes a plush grey sofa that converts into a bed, creating a comfortable spot for relaxation or an additional sleeping area. The dining area, with its sleek glass table and transparent chairs, adds a touch of sophistication, ideal for meals or work.



The bedroom is a cozy haven with a double bed, dressed in crisp linens, promising restful sleep. The modern, clean-lined decor and calming color palette throughout the apartment create a peaceful ambiance.



The bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and a walk-in shower, perfect for invigorating morning routines or unwinding after a long day.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
