Outside Reception Hours: Self-check-in available anytime from 3:00 PM. You will first complete the guest registration and Barcelona tourist tax payment via secure online links we send. Afterward, you will receive codes and instructions for the building and key locker.
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building, located next to Hot Jazz. Full details will be sent after booking.

Check-out by 11:00 AM — remove trash, leave keys inside, and close the door securely

1) The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
2) The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
3) The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
