No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Perfect location to Sagrada and metro to see all the sights!

The property was perfect for our 7 night stay. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The shower was amazing. Max the property manager reached out a few days before our arrival and met us the day of arrival to let us in.

Great location

This appartement was in a great location with quick access to subway, conviennent store and restaurants. It was also a quiet place. There is a washing machine but no dryer so best thing is to bring all the clothing you need and reserve the machine for small stuff. Great experience over all.

Great location, neighborhood feel, easy access to sites

The apartment was easy to find and the property manager met us early. The apartment was clean and was the perfect size for 3 of us. You can see the Sagrada Familia from the window, its about two blocks away. The neighborhood was quite nice with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

An excellent, comfortable apartment with views of the Sagrada Familia! Located near all that you need. Delicious restaurants, bakeries, close to Taxis and buses. We were so pleased with our choice. Management was in contact and Camila could not have been more accommodating.
