Private house immersed in the Tuscan countryside with the comforts of being close to the town center. The location is strategic for visiting Florence and Siena but without the chaos of the city and especially in the hot summer after a long day you can relax by the pool or in front of a beautiful sunset! You will like my accommodation for intimacy, privacy, location and views. The house is perfect for families, or couples of friends who seek privacy, tranquility and enchanting places.

Our house has 4 beds and consists of two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with two single beds; a bathroom with shower; large living room and kitchenette.

Opposite the apartment, our The Hague: large private space available only for guests. From here you can enjoy a fantastic panorama.

The name AIA derives from the large space in front of the house. In the Tuscan language, the Hague represented the place where the threshing of the wheat and the external emptying of various cereals took place. It was used as a space for dancing, for family gatherings during the hot summer. Today it is the private space in front of the house and is perfect for relaxing under the Tuscan sun. The swimming pool (shared) allows you to cool off during the hot summer days.
Our house is located in a strategic position between Florence (south direction) and Siena. In 38 min (28.4 km) by car you will reach Florence center with the Florence-Siena link and in 41 minutes the center of Siena (south direction).

The town center is only a 15 minute walk away. In 3 minutes by car you can reach the supermarket and in 5 minutes by car the center of the village.
