From this level, you have direct access to the garden. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 bed (80 cm) and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The single bathroom on this floor features a shower and WC.
