Lafayette National Park predates Acadia National Park but only enjoyed the name for a decade before it officially became Acadia in 1929. Spend time enjoying the gorgeous spans of untouched land while hiking/biking trails and carriage roads, visiting beaches, rock climbing and more.

The Sun Island room is one of our largest rooms with a King Bed, dresser, closet, mini fridge and full bathroom. Take advantage of the beautiful foyer and sitting room to relax or enjoy a meal from one of the many surrounding restaurants.
This room is a 7min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1.5-mile walk.

No pets please, no exceptions, the cleaner is allergic.

I live in the neighborhood and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other 3 units.
